Dental Implant Restoration

Dental implant restoration is a permanent treatment for missing teeth. We use a permanent dental implant to support a restoration such as a crown or bridge. The implant functions just like a natural tooth, plus implants help prevent the bone loss that can result when a tooth is lost.

How Implants Work

The implant is a tiny alloy device that looks like a wood screw. It is surgically placed in your jawbone, where it heals in place. The implant is made from a special titanium alloy that forms a strong permanent bond with the surrounding bone. Once the implant has healed, a crown, bridge or implant supported denture can be attached to it.
